Thousands of unwanted animals will be lost, abandoned and euthanized this year. The cost of an animal makes absolutely no difference when it comes to its chances of being discarded or abused by its family. Don’t you think that there has been enough of this?

A Place of Safety

Autumn Hollow Sanctuary provides rescue and adoption services for neglected, abused and unwanted animals. Our mission is to provide safe harbour for those in need who are unable to help themselves. We believe that all of those who share this Earth with us deserve to live a happy, dignified, healthy life where tummies are full, warmth and shelter are a given and love is unconditional.
We specialize in Equine, Exotic and Parrot rescue, though all those in need are welcome when we have the space.

Autumn Hollow provides rehabilitation therapy, holistic healing options and hands on interaction with the animals we take in.
The utmost is done to match our guests with suitable new owners who will give them their Forever Home.

Autumn Hollow Sanctuary takes cases anonymously. Our concern is with the safety of the animal, though we work with the SPCA and local authorities to ensure abuse is not tolerated and does not continue. Drop offs can be made from 9am – 9pm Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri. & Sat. Please call to make arrangements.
Emergency drop offs after hours, Some pickups can be done if pre-arranged.
We will accept injured or foundling wildlife, however these cases will be passed on to an Alberta Fish & Wildlife officer. We encourage you to leave wild infants alone unless you are certain that the parent is dead. In dealing with injured wildlife, remember, your safety comes first.

Please call your local Fish & Wildlife officer if possible. Wildlife can be dangerous or deadly!
Please remember to spay and neuter your pets. We are often overwhelmed with unwanted cats and dogs. There are enough unwanted animals…please do not allow more suffering to take place.
